With over 50 years in the insurance industry, Evan is a true veteran and a highly respected leader. His journey began in sales and distribution, where he quickly made a name for himself with his strong work ethic and passion for building relationships. In 1991, armed with industry expertise and a vision for exceptional customer service, Evan took a leap and started Guardian Insurance Brokers – quite literally from the kitchen table of his family home.
Since then, Guardian has grown into a powerhouse, but Evan’s values have remained the same: personal connections, old-school integrity, and putting clients first. His dedication to the industry hasn’t gone unnoticed—he was named SA Broker of the Year in 2013 and is frequently invited to speak at industry events and insurer board meetings.
A mentor at heart, Evan takes immense pride in guiding the next generation of brokers, helping them develop their skills and climb the ranks within the organisation. His passion extends beyond the office, he’s deeply involved in the community, proud of his Greek heritage, and an unwavering supporter of charities and the arts. Two passions that reflect his generous spirit and commitment to giving back.
